Sunday School is offered for toddlers through adults on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:30 A.M.

Infants and Toddlers learn Bible stories and Christian concepts in Noah's Nursery during the Sunday school hour.

Our Preschool Through Kindergarten aged children have their own learning center for Sunday school in the Rainbow Room during the school year.

Grades 1 Through 5 use the rotation model of Sunday school during the school year. Using the theme God's Great Gallery, they study the same Bible story for approximately four weeks in different learning centers to engage in the Bible stories. They may be doing art in the Painter's Pallette, acting out Bible stories in the Presbyterian Playhouse, cooking up Biblical understandings in the Gallery's Galley, playing instruments or singing songs of faith in the Praise Performance Hall, or interacting with Sunday school software at God's Information Highway.

Summer Sunday School in 2009 the theme is "Discovery Canyon".  Our space will be transformed, allowing the kids to explore the wonder of God's creation, as well as God's Word.

A Traditional Adult Sunday School is offered in the parlor on Sunday mornings. Coffee is served, and discussion is lively.

Transforming Adult Sunday School is led by Pastor Shelly. The class discusses today's social issues, media, and life encounters within a Christian context.

Vacation Bible School is an interdenominational musical, and will be held for two weeks during the summer of 2009.  It will be entitled "The Puzzling Parables".  Co-sponsors are: First Presbyterian Church, First Christian Church, Grace Episcopal Church, and New Hope Baptist Church.

  • July 12th, 2009: Auditions will be held for middle school and high school students from 3PM-5PM.
  • July 19th-23rd: Rehersals with middle school and high school students
  • July 26th-30th: Rehersals with kindergartners through high school seniors
  • July 30th, 7:30PM: Public Performance

Children's Church provides a Bible lesson and activities for those in Kindergarten and younger during the later half of worship.
